When you have created a sales invoice, you can see additional information about the invoice.
To view additional information about a sales invoice
In the Search box, enter Sales Invoices, and then choose the related link.
Create the invoice and fill in the fields with the relevant information.
On the Navigate tab, in the Invoice group, choose Card to see the Customer card.
To add a comment to the invoice, close the Customer card. In the Sales Invoice window, on the Navigate tab, in the Invoice group, choose Comments to enter or view a comment on the invoice.
