Never | It is not possible to make a reservation for items on this line. |
Optional | You can make a manual reservation for items on this line. |
Always | A reservation will be made automatically for items on this line when you enter a number in the Quantity field. |
The program automatically fills in this field. The contents depend on the contents of the Reserve field on the item card and the Reserve field on the sales header.
The program attempts an automatic reservation against inventory, purchase orders and production orders in that order. The program will show a warning if there is not enough supply to reserve the full quantity.
